Aramex South Africa publishes no customer support phone number, helpline, email or live chat line, and no telephone number for any of its seventeen branches. Help runs online through storetodoor.aramex.co.za, which has a bot service, tracking by waybill number and a drop-off locator. For the Bloemfontein branch, Aramex publishes the address: corner Alpha and Kraal Streets, Old East End, Bloemfontein, 9301. We read this on aramex.co.za on 24 September 2026 and rechecked it on 25 September 2026.

No branch publishes a number

This is not a gap in the Bloemfontein listing specifically. It applies to the whole network.

Aramex South Africa’s website carries a branch map with seventeen locations, each with a street address and map coordinates. Not one of them has a telephone number or an email address attached. There is no switchboard number on the home page either.

So a number you find elsewhere claiming to be the Aramex Bloemfontein branch did not come from Aramex. Treat it as unverified.

Aramex routes contact through its website instead, with a customer application and a resource hub. For a delivery query, the tracking reference on your waybill is what any channel will ask for first.

Aramex customer support number, live chat and working hours

Aramex does not publish a customer support number, hotline, email, live chat line or depot opening hours on aramex.co.za or on storetodoor.aramex.co.za. The Store-to-Door site points customers to the bot service on the platform for help, for example to find a postal code. Corporate customers are told to contact their nearest Aramex branch and get their tool logins through their Customer Relationship Manager. Store-to-Door drop-off points keep the host store’s hours, which the locator shows for each store.

Aramex delivery times in South Africa

Aramex Store-to-Door delivery takes 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination, counted in business days from Monday to Friday. Parcels are collected from drop-off points at 15h00, Monday to Friday, unless the store says otherwise. Deliveries to main centres arrive by 17h00 on working days.

  • Main centres are destinations within about 50km of Johannesburg, Pretoria, Polokwane, Rustenburg, Nelspruit, the Vaal Triangle, Kimberley, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Stellenbosch and Richards Bay.
  • Outlying and regional areas may take longer than 72 hours and may carry extra charges.
  • Special delivery areas such as mines, power stations, farms, military bases, game lodges, ports and embassies may need a dedicated trip at extra cost, and Aramex contacts the customer first.

Does Aramex deliver on weekends?

Aramex publishes Store-to-Door delivery days as Monday to Friday only. It does not publish weekend delivery for Store-to-Door.

Aramex Store-to-Door: create a shipment, track and find a drop box

Store-to-Door is Aramex’s pay-per-parcel service at storetodoor.aramex.co.za, where you create a shipment, track it, keep an address book and use the store locator. Buy a sleeve at a selected Pick n Pay, Checkers or FreshStop store (R89.99 for a single sleeve), scan the QR code and enter the details online. A black sleeve with a manual waybill costs R20 more.

  • The parcel must fit the plastic sleeve, 45cm by 35cm flat. The service is domestic only and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • Cover is R1,000 Marine goods-in-transit cover with a R100 excess.
  • To track, enter the waybill number printed below the barcode at storetodoor.aramex.co.za.
  • Aramex drop box and drop-off locations near you are in Pick n Pay, Checkers, Shoprite and FreshStop stores, listed in the locator on aramex.co.za/store-to-door. Shoprite Woodstock, 149 Victoria Road, Cape Town, is one example.

Be careful on the Aramex website itself

This is worth knowing before you enter anything into that site.

On 24 September 2026 the aramex.co.za home page carried a block of hidden links pointing to unrelated third-party websites. They sit inside an element styled to zero width and positioned out of view, so a visitor does not see them, but they are in the page source and visible to search engines.

The destinations have nothing to do with courier services or with Aramex. They include a European property site, a community radio station, a university in Brazil and a provincial government site in India, none of which a logistics company would link to.

Hidden link blocks of this kind are the standard signature of a website that has been compromised and is being used to pass search-engine credit to other sites. It is a common problem on older content-management installations, and the site’s own copyright notice still reads 2022.

What that means for you in practice: the branch addresses are almost certainly untouched, because this kind of injection targets search engines rather than page content. But be cautious about entering personal details, identity numbers or payment information on the site until it is cleaned up, and be sceptical of any contact number that appears on it.

On 25 September 2026 the site’s pages, including the Tools page, also showed a visible block of betting-site link text in the footer, which is a further sign the site is still compromised.

Aramex’s international site at aramex.com was returning a server error for its South African pages on the same day, so there is currently no second official source to check against.

Aramex Johannesburg and Durban contact details

Aramex publishes no phone number for its Johannesburg-area or Durban depots. The Johannesburg depot is Aramex Sandton at 1 Quark Crescent, Linbro Business Park, Sandton, 2090, with a second Gauteng depot at Modderfontein, Lethabong. The Durban depot is at 28 Island Circle, Riverhorse Valley, Newlands East, 4017.

All nine provinces are covered. Gauteng has four branches, the Western Cape three and KwaZulu-Natal three; the rest have one each.

Note that these are operational depots in industrial areas, not retail counters in town. Bloemfontein’s is in Old East End, an industrial district, and several others are in business parks. Do not expect a shopfront.

What Aramex South Africa does

Aramex South Africa describes itself as a licensed financial service provider alongside its courier work, and lists courier solutions, an ecommerce service, store-to-door delivery, warehousing and contract logistics.

It also works with PostNet and Click-Way Couriers, and runs Aramex Global Shopper for international purchases. If your parcel was booked through a PostNet counter, that counter is often the faster place to ask.

For a missing or delayed parcel, start with whoever you booked through, with the waybill number to hand.
