- Paying in-store: card, EFT, cash, RCS, Ozow, ZeroPay and Flight Centre Gift Cards are accepted. Final payment is typically due no later than 6 weeks before departure.
- Changes and cancellations: bookings made in-store are changed or cancelled through the store that made them. Online bookings go to the Online Customer Support Team. Change and cancellation fees apply.
- Wheelchair assistance: this cannot be added to an online booking and must be arranged in-store.
- Gift cards: valid for 3 years, and up to five can be redeemed per booking.
