What this organisation provides
Vivo Energy Namibia was set up in October 2012, when it acquired Shell’s Namibian downstream business. It supplies Shell fuels and lubricants (Rimula, Helix and Spirax) and the Shell Card to commercial customers. It acquired the LPG business GasIt in September 2023. The service-station divestment was a Namibian Competition Commission condition for Vivo Energy’s 2024 acquisition of Engen.
