Freshware Pots Contact Details

Verified 6 September 2026Official source onlyIndependent directoryReport a wrong number

Freshware sells cookware, bakeware, kitchenware, small appliances and outdoor cooking gear, largely on credit and through direct sales. It runs a call centre and a WhatsApp callback line, and the two do different jobs.

Freshware contact details

The callback number has a specific use. Freshware asks pre-paid customers to SMS or WhatsApp their Freshware reference number to 060 588 1632, and a call centre agent phones back. Sending just a question without the reference number is what makes that route slow.

Find your reference number first

Whichever route you use, the reference number on your order or agreement is what identifies you in the system. It is on the order confirmation and on the credit agreement. Names are not unique in a national customer base, and an agent working from a name rather than a reference will take considerably longer.

What Freshware handles where

  • Order status, delivery and account queries: the call centre on 087 980 0039.
  • A faulty item: the Log a Repair route on freshware.co.za, which is separate from the call centre and starts the warranty process properly.
  • Warranty questions: Freshware publishes a warranty page and a separate three-year extended warranty page. Check which one applies to your item before phoning, because the cover differs.

Buying on credit

If you are paying Freshware off over time rather than in full, that is a credit agreement and the National Credit Act applies to it. You are entitled to a copy of the agreement, to a statement showing what you have paid and what is outstanding, and to settle early. Ask for the settlement figure in writing rather than relying on a verbal one, and keep proof of every payment. A dispute about the credit agreement itself, as opposed to the goods, goes to the National Credit Regulator on 0860 627 627 or complaints@ncr.org.za.

Before you accept a delivery

Check the item in front of the driver. Freshware advertises free delivery and free and easy returns, but a defect noticed at delivery is far simpler to resolve than one reported a week later, and signing for goods without inspecting them makes a later damage claim harder to run.
