Capitec Business Contact Details
Capitec Business customers should call 0860 30 92 50. Capitec also lists 011 302 0400 for its business banking contact centre, and both numbers are answered 24 hours a day. Capitec’s contact page lists business banking separately from personal banking, with its own card stop option, merchant desk and collections team. Every number below was read on capitecbank.co.za on 16 September 2026.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory and has no connection with Capitec Bank. We cannot see a business account or process a card stop.

Capitec does not publish a general email address for business banking. The mailboxes it lists are for merchant support, collections and complaint escalation only. The WhatsApp number 067 418 9565 appears under overdue business accounts. Capitec’s contact page lists no separate business fraud line: fraud on any account goes to the 24-hour Client Care Centre.
What this organisation provides
Capitec Business is the business banking arm of Capitec Bank. Which account you can open depends on how your business is set up:
- Business Banking for companies: for businesses registered with the CIPC. Capitec gives the monthly fee as R50, and businesses with complex banking or funding needs get a dedicated banker from the Relationship Suite.
- Entrepreneur Account: for sole proprietors, freelancers and side hustles that are not registered. There is no extra monthly fee, and you can link a Capitec card machine to it.
- Other structures: trusts, partnerships and businesses where a director or member is a foreign national with a valid passport cannot apply online. Capitec routes these through its Get in touch form.
The Capitec Business app lets you open a Business Banking account without visiting a branch. You can also approve or decline payment requests, change card limits, pause, stop or order cards, turn on international travel transactions and load a free virtual card. Capitec also sells two card machines outright with no contract: the Pro at R699 and the Print at R1,399. Capitec Business offers savings, business insurance, credit and an overdraft calculator on its site.
Address and operating information
Capitec does not print phone numbers for individual business centres. Use the branch locator on capitecbank.co.za (“Capitec Business Centre near me”) to find one. If you are behind on repayments, Capitec asks you to contact the collections team as early as possible so you can agree a way forward. Capitec Bank Limited is registration number 1980/003695/06, an authorised financial services provider (FSP 46669) and a registered credit provider (NCRCP13).
Support and escalation routes
- Complete the Get in touch feedback form at capitecbank.co.za/contact-us/get-in-touch. Choose “Capitec Business Bank” as the division and “Complaint” as the feedback type.
- If the first response does not resolve it, the complaint moves to Capitec’s Complaint Management team (complaintmanagement@capitecbank.co.za). Capitec says the team will contact you within 24 hours and name the person investigating.
- Where Capitec’s final answer still leaves the problem open, banking and credit disputes can go to the National Financial Ombud Scheme, 0860 800 900 or info@nfosa.co.za. Complaints about a financial service or advice go to the FAIS Ombud on 012 762 5000.
Security flaws in Capitec’s own systems are not a client care matter: Capitec asks people to follow its Vulnerability Disclosure Policy instead.
