The Phone A Bet line, 087 353 7633, is for placing bets by phone, not for deposit queries. Hollywoodbets lists licences with the Gauteng Gambling Board, the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Board, the Limpopo Gambling Board and the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator.
What you need before contacting Hollywoodbets
Have your proof of payment ready, along with the amount, the bank you deposited into and the reference you used. For bank EFT deposits, Hollywoodbets requires your Hollywoodbets account number as the payment reference. Other deposit methods have their own requirements. Peach Payments card deposits need 3D Secure enabled on your card. Holly Top Up Vouchers come in R5, R10, R20, R50, R100, R500 and R1000 and are sold at outlets including Shoprite, Checkers, Pep, Boxer, SPAR, petrol stations and Hollywoodbets branches.
