What this organisation provides
Beame is a recovery device, not a tracker. You cannot follow the vehicle live, but the Beame App shows its last known position. It covers cars, motorbikes, trailers and caravans, and features jamming detection, low-battery alerts and up to three years’ battery life.
If a vehicle is not recovered, it stays on the recovery list for six months. MiX by Powerfleet does not guarantee recovery.

Support and escalation routes
- Cancelling: give 20 business days’ written notice by email to cancellations@mixtelematics.com. Subscriptions usually run 36 months, and a penalty applies in the first 24 months.
- Account or debit order queries: send your full name, contact details and account number to debtors@mixtelematics.com.
- Selling your car: a Beame unit cannot be moved to another vehicle. You settle or cancel the old agreement and sign a new one for the next vehicle.
