Dividends
Sasol declares dividends twice a year, in March and September. Under its revised policy, dividends are based on free cash flow and are paid only if net debt is below $3bn. The interim dividend for the period to 31 December 2025 was passed. Dividends are paid in Rand to ordinary shareholders and in US dollars to ADR holders.
Listing and company details
Sasol listed on the JSE in October 1979 and on the NYSE on 9 April 2003. Sasol BEE Ordinary shares have been listed on the JSE Main Board since 7 February 2011. Sasol Limited’s company registration number is 1979/003231/06, and its registered office is Sasol Place, 50 Katherine Street, Sandton 2196 (postal: Private Bag X10014, Sandton 2146).
