Using Up and getting support
Up gives South African citizens with a valid SA ID number a free full credit report and credit score, and the report updates daily. It also includes a budget planner, your personal details, credit portfolio, payment history, and negative information such as defaults, judgments and debt collections.

- View your free credit report and score on the dashboard.
- If information is wrong, log a dispute through the same platform using its online dispute function, or chat to Ed.

Experian has two head offices: Ballyoaks Office Park in Johannesburg, and Experian House, 3 Neutron Avenue, Techno Park, in Stellenbosch.
