How to dispute information with Experian
Experian handles credit report disputes through Up. The published process is:
- Register or log in at up.experian.co.za. Experian’s “Log a Dispute” link goes to the Up registration page.
- Check your credit report and find the listing you believe is wrong.
- Use the dispute function on Up to submit your dispute, with any supporting details.
- Experian has 20 business days to investigate and respond.
