SecureDrive is quoted rather than priced, and the only cost terms Fidelity puts in writing are that an installation fee may apply and that its current offer requires a 36-month contract. What Fidelity actually says about cost
There is no price list, no monthly figure and no package comparison anywhere on the SecureDrive pages. The route is Request a Quote.
What Fidelity does commit to in writing, in the terms of its current campaign, is worth reading before you sign.
- The offer is subject to signing a 36-month contract on standard terms and conditions. Three years is a long commitment on a tracking subscription.
- An installation fee may apply, separately from the subscription. Ask for that figure specifically when you take a quote.
- The offer is limited to new subscribers within Fidelity’s operational footprint, so availability depends on where you are.
- Existing customers cannot cancel and re-sign to take up a new-customer offer. A returning customer signing a fresh 36-month contract is eligible.
The campaign running at the time of writing offers new customers a chance to win a R5 000 fuel voucher, valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 December 2026, with the winner announced telephonically in January 2027. Other advertised prizes have included free subscription periods. These are prize draws, not discounts, so do not treat them as a reduction in what you will pay.
Fidelity’s standard terms and conditions are not published on the site. You can request them by emailing litigation-legal@fidelity-services.com. Ask for them before signing a three-year agreement rather than after.
A different company owns securedrive.co.za
This one catches people out. Searching for SecureDrive leads many to securedrive.co.za, which is not Fidelity.
That site belongs to Secure Drive, a secure passenger transportation company and a member of the Arcfyre Group. It does not mention Fidelity anywhere, and it has nothing to do with vehicle tracking. Its number and its info address will not help you with a Fidelity tracker.
Fidelity SecureDrive lives on Fidelity’s own site, at fidelity-services.com, under Our Products and Services. Start there rather than from a search for the product name alone.
Which number to call
0861 737 483 is the number printed at the top of the SecureDrive page as the emergency number. Use it if the vehicle is being stolen or hijacked, or is already gone.
086 12 12 999 is the Fidelity Services Group general number, for anything that is not an emergency, including billing and contract questions.
Fidelity also runs a 24 hour, 365 day support centre for incidents, emergencies, suspicious persons and vehicles, tip-offs, licence plate recognition checks and loading vehicles of interest. Reach it by telephone on 0860 649 291, or by SMS, WhatsApp or CallMe on 083 939 0300, or email Intelligencereports@fidelity-services.com.
The SMS and WhatsApp option matters in a hijacking. If you cannot safely speak, a message to 083 939 0300 still reaches the support centre.
Numbers that are not for tracker customers
Two other Fidelity numbers circulate and are easy to dial by mistake. 086 12 12 401 and 086 12 12 301 are for Fidelity ADT alarm and account queries, inland and coastal respectively. They are for the home and business alarm business, not for vehicle tracking.
Fidelity also publishes an anonymous tip-off line on 080 000 2222, which it labels as being for Fidelity employees.
What SecureDrive includes
Fidelity describes SecureDrive as tracking for a family vehicle, a company car or an entire fleet, backed by its own security operation rather than by a tracking company alone.
The listed features are real-time tracking of live locations, journeys and vehicle activity through the SecureDrive app or an online dashboard, intelligent theft alerts, and fleet management tools.
The enquiry form separates vehicle tracking from fleet management, so say which you want. The pricing conversation for a single family car and for a fleet are not the same one.
Before you ask for a quote
Ask for three figures in writing: the monthly subscription, the installation fee, and the contract term. A quote that gives only the monthly amount is incomplete.
Ask what happens at the end of the 36 months, and what cancelling early costs.
Check that your area falls inside Fidelity’s operational footprint. Tracking is only as useful as the response behind it.
Have your vehicle details and registration ready, and for a fleet, the number of vehicles.
