Liquid Capital Service Plan Contact Details
To buy a LiquidCapital Service Plan or Maintenance Plan, call its Sales Direct Line on 086 176 2360. If you already have a plan, the number for plan queries is 086 111 4384 and the email is customercare@liquidcapital.co.za. For the service itself, the dealership phones LiquidCapital’s authorisation centre for you. We read these details on liquidcapital.co.za on 16 September 2026.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory, not LiquidCapital or a dealership. We cannot see a plan, approve a service or change a debit order.

LiquidCapital does not publish call centre hours. Its product disclosure warns you to expect a call from 010 009 6051 after you show interest, which is useful for telling a genuine sales call from an imitation.
LiquidCapital (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2001/012511/07, is an authorised financial services provider (FSP 6210) at Building 4, The Bridge Office Park, Campus B, 146 Boeing Road East, Elma Park, Edenvale, 1610. It says it is part of the Motus group, and its disclosure names Motus Corporation (Pty) Ltd as the administrator of the Service and Maintenance Plans. The same disclosure states that these plans are not financial products under the FAIS Act.
Product or service support
A Service Plan pays for the services your car’s manufacturer specifies: filters, oils and lubricants, spark plugs, the sump plug gasket, workshop consumables up to R100 excluding VAT, and a cambelt or accessory belt only where the manufacturer schedules one. It does not pay for brake pads. A Maintenance Plan includes everything in the Service Plan plus wear-and-tear items such as brake pads and discs, the clutch, shock absorbers and wiper blades. LiquidCapital says you can buy one or the other, not both, and may offer an upgrade from a Service Plan. Neither plan covers big unexpected mechanical or electrical failures; that is what its Extended Warranty is for.
To use a plan, LiquidCapital’s steps are: check the service interval, book at a dealership approved by your car’s manufacturer, tell the dealership you have a LiquidCapital plan, let the dealer call the authorisation centre, then inspect the invoice and the car when you collect it.
Eligibility, account or policy requirements
The qualifying rules published on each product page are:
- Service Plan: the car must be less than 10 years old and have travelled less than 250 000 km.
- Maintenance Plan: less than 4 years old, less than 80 000 km and a full service history.
- Paying monthly by debit order (only available through the call centre): the first service can be done after 4 successful monthly payments.
- Paying upfront through your finance agreement or by once-off EFT: the car can be serviced after 30 business days.
- Maintenance Plan claims for wear-and-tear items are allowed only after 6 months or 10 000 km, and major items after 12 months. Front brake pads are limited to one set per 20 000 km and rear pads or linings to one set per 45 000 km.
Dealerships sell the plans upfront only. The monthly option exists only through the national call centre.
Escalation route
- If the dealer says an item is not covered, ask for the authorisation reference and call 086 111 4384 or email customercare@liquidcapital.co.za with your plan number and registration.
- Put an unresolved decline in writing to the same mailbox and ask for the plan term relied on.
- If the matter is still open, the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa takes motor industry complaints on 010 590 8378 or info@miosa.co.za; its complaint guide asks you to have the sales agreement, warranty and service plan documents and a current service record ready. MIOSA warns that people are impersonating it on WhatsApp and says it never asks for payment to handle a complaint.
