LiquidAssist is the roadside assistance LiquidCapital includes with products such as its Service Plan and Tyre and Rim Insurance, on 086 111 3408. LiquidCapital says it helps with towing, car hire, overnight accommodation, tyre change assistance, a jump-start or a key lockout, only within South Africa’s borders and subject to terms and conditions. A Service Plan covers the services specified by your car’s manufacturer using genuine parts at approved dealerships, but not wear-and-tear items like brake pads, which need a Maintenance Plan.

How to use or claim on your LiquidCapital product
- Service and Maintenance Plans: follow your car’s manufacturer service schedule, book at a dealership approved by your vehicle’s manufacturer, and say you have a LiquidCapital Plan; the dealer calls the authorisation centre for you.
- Warranties: report a mechanical breakdown or electrical failure to M-Sure within 7 days on 0860 329 729 or claims@m-sure.co.za, with your policy number and kilometre reading, and take the car to an approved repairer within 7 days of approval.
- Tyre and Rim: call M-Sure Claims on 086 092 7726 with your policy number, VIN and kilometre reading, and report claims within 30 days.
