Official provider route
LiquidCapital’s contact page sends all warranty queries to +27 86 092 7726, the same line it uses for Adcover, Deposit Cover and Tyre & Rim Insurance. Written warranty queries go to M-Sure’s customer care mailbox, customercare@m-sure.co.za.
To buy a warranty, LiquidCapital publishes a separate sales direct line, +27 86 176 2360. Service plan, maintenance plan and general questions go to +27 86 111 4384, and you can check your plan status online through the self-service portal at selfservice.liquidcapital.co.za.
Product or service support
The Bumper2Bumper Warranty covers unexpected mechanical breakdowns and electrical failures after the manufacturer’s warranty ends. It does not cover wear-and-tear items and does not provide for battery replacement. Cover applies only within the borders of South Africa.
LiquidCapital also names these warranty products: Warranty Booster, Pearl Warranty, Pearl Extender Warranty, Motor Vehicle Warranty and Step Up Warranty.
To claim on a warranty, follow M-Sure’s process:
- Report the mechanical breakdown or electrical failure to M-Sure within 7 days of becoming aware of it.
- Submit the claim by calling 0860 329 729, emailing claims@m-sure.co.za or through m-sure.co.za.
- Have ready your name and contact details, your policy number and the car’s current kilometre reading.
- Once the claim is approved, take the car to an approved repairer within 7 days of approval.
Eligibility, account or policy requirements
The Bumper2Bumper Warranty is for passenger vehicles, 4x4s and light commercial vehicles with a full service history from an approved manufacturer dealership. Taxis, hire vehicles, rebuilt vehicles and modified vehicles do not qualify.
You can pay monthly (only through the call centre), upfront by adding it to your finance agreement, or once-off by EFT. Approved dealerships sell the warranty on an upfront basis only; monthly plans are sold through the national call centre.
LiquidCapital (Pty) Ltd is registration number 2001/012511/07 and FSP 6210. M-Sure Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, the warranty administrator, is registration number 2002/022941/07 and FSP 21799.
