Arcadia Finance publishes no telephone number for South Africa. Its contact routes are email: info@arcadiafinance.co.za for its customer and marketing register, and dpo@draivi.com for data protection requests. Arcadia Finance is an online loan comparison service, not a lender: its website says it is “an online loan broker and not a lender” and “an online loan comparison tool and not a credit provider”. The brand is owned by Draivi Media Oy, a Finnish company (Business ID 2464551-6). Because Arcadia does not lend money, questions about a loan you already have (repayments, balances, settlement figures or debit orders) go to the credit provider named on your loan agreement, not to Arcadia. Arcadia’s Rosebank address is marked as a mailing address only, so it is not a walk-in office.
Who is Arcadia Finance?
Arcadia Finance’s privacy policy describes it as a Finland-based service that forwards your loan application to a loan intermediary, which then approaches banks and financial companies on your behalf; it names MyLoan.co.za as one of the loan intermediary services it promotes, and its website footer says “We partner with Myloan.co.za”. Arcadia says it only works with NCR-registered credit providers, that its comparison service is free for consumers, and that you can compare “up to 16 banks and lenders with one application” with no obligation. Arcadia is a brand of Draivi Media Oy, which also runs the Arcadia sites for Spain, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Finland, Sweden and Mexico listed in the footer.
Is Arcadia Finance registered in South Africa?
Arcadia Finance says it is not a credit provider, and a search of the National Credit Regulator’s register of registered credit providers on 19 September 2026 returned “Not Registered with NCR” for both “Arcadia Finance” and “Draivi Media”; the debt counsellor register also returned no match for “Arcadia”. This matches Arcadia’s own description of itself as a comparison service that passes applications on rather than lending. The credit providers who actually lend to you must be registered, so check the NCRCP number on any loan offer you receive against the NCR register before you sign.
Be careful with similar names. The NCR register does list Arcadia Cash Loans (Pty) Ltd (NCRCP18289) in Humansdorp, and several lenders with addresses in Arcadia, Pretoria, but these are separate businesses and are not Arcadia Finance.
Arcadia Finance loan example and terms
Arcadia’s representative example on its home page: a loan of R30 000 over 36 months at a maximum annual interest rate of 28% would cost about R1 360 a month, including an initiation fee and monthly service fees. It says credit providers’ rates may start as low as 11%, and repayment terms range from 6 to 72 months. Arcadia also says “over 2 million South Africans have chosen Arcadia Finance”. Ticking the marketing box on its application form means Arcadia can send you loan offers by email and SMS. Arcadia says the offers you receive are non-binding: you are free to accept or decline them, and repayment terms range from 6 to 72 months.
