FNB runs separate credit card desks for personal and business cards, and only the business one is staffed around the clock.

Product or service support

The business card line runs 24 hours a day. The personal card desk is open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 19:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 13:00, so a business cardholder calling out of hours should use the business number rather than waiting for the personal desk to open.

Eligibility, account or policy requirements

Card cancellation and lost or stolen reporting share a single number, 087 575 9406, which is also staffed 24 hours. Business banking generally is on 087 736 4800 during weekday office hours.

Escalation route

Secure Chat inside the FNB App runs Monday to Friday 07:00 to 19:00 for card matters and is closed at weekends and on public holidays, so it is not a substitute for the 24 hour line. Complaints go to care@fnb.co.za or 087 575 9408.
