FNB Cellphone Contracts Contact Details
For FNB cellphone contracts, call FNB Connect customer service on 087 575 0147, or dial 135 from your FNB Connect SIM card. FNB’s cellphone contracts are sold under FNB Connect, FNB’s mobile offering: month-to-month SIM plans on Top Up or Postpaid, plus device deals bought on the FNB App and repaid over 24 months.

Official FNB Connect route
FNB’s current FNB Connect pricing guide (1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027) gives two ways to reach customer service:
- Dial 135 from your FNB Connect SIM card.
- Call 087 575 0147 from any other phone. There is no charge for this number when you call from your FNB Connect SIM card.
To block a lost or stolen SIM, call 087 575 0147. For written queries, the FNB Connect Relationship Agreement gives care@fnb.co.za, and FNB’s FAQ guide gives connecthelp@fnb.co.za. The Relationship Agreement also lists a call centre on 087 736 7270; the current pricing guide uses 087 575 0147, so start there.
Product or service support
FNB Connect’s month-to-month plans are all available on Top Up or Postpaid. Examples in the 2026 to 2027 guide are Talk Lite at R239 per month (800 minutes) and Talk Max at R415 per month (1GB, unlimited*).
Device deals are bought on the FNB App. Device purchases can earn eBucks back, but only on the monthly device repayment, for up to 24 months, and not on the SIM plan repayment.

- Port your number to FNB Connect by dialling *147# or calling Connect Customer Care.
Eligibility, account or policy requirements
- Get a Connect SIM through Cellphone Banking (*120*321# or *130*321#, then select FNB Connect), on the FNB App, or at a branch.
- Choose a month-to-month plan, on Top Up or Postpaid, and any device deal on the FNB App.
- Manage the plan on *147# and check your balance on *111#.
The FNB Connect Relationship Agreement lists the credit bureaus FNB shares information with: TransUnion, Experian, XDS and Compuscan. FNB Connect is provided by First National Bank, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited (registration number 1929/001225/06), a registered credit provider, NCRCP20.
Escalation route
FNB does not publish a separate escalation line for FNB Connect in the documents read. If customer service on 135 or 087 575 0147 cannot resolve your problem, put the complaint in writing to care@fnb.co.za and keep a copy.
