Official contact channels
The main Law on Call line is 087 736 7773. The Law on Call product page uses it for claims, cancellations and servicing, while FNB’s insurance contact page splits it by option: option 2 for claims and option 3 for policy administration.
FNB publishes two claims mailboxes. The product page gives LOCClaims@fnb.co.za and the insurance contact page gives inbclaims@fnb.co.za. You can also log a claim in the FNB App under Insurance, Claims, Add a claim. For servicing, email LOC@fnb.co.za, and for policy administration, lawoncall@fnb.co.za.

What FNB Law on Call provides
Law on Call gives 24/7 professional legal assistance for personal legal matters, from R139 per month. FNB describes two options:
- Standard option: up to R190 000 per matter with a dedicated lawyer, and R3 million lifetime cover.
- Plus option (R199 per month): up to R500 000 per matter.
There are no waiting periods: cover starts as soon as the insurer approves it. Premiums are waived for up to six months if you are retrenched, and up to four parents can be added at R35 per parent.
Some matters are not covered for legal costs: matters that started before the plan, conveyancing, small claims court and adoption. Matters against the FirstRand Group, the state, business or tax matters are excluded entirely.
Address and operating information
FNB does not publish a separate walk-in address for Law on Call; the plan is handled by phone, email and the FNB App. Telephonic legal assistance is available 24/7. FNB lists no specific requirements for submitting a claim: the lawyers establish what they need from you.
