The phone number is printed two different ways
This is worth setting out properly, because you will get a failed call and assume you have the wrong number.
Blue Connect shows the number on screen as (+27) 01 001 5071. The click-to-call link behind that same text dials something else: it contains the digits +27 00135071.
Those are not the same digits, so at least one of them is wrong. And neither forms a valid South African number. A South African number is ten digits nationally, written 0XX XXX XXXX, or the country code 27 followed by nine digits. The printed version gives nine digits after the country code but in a grouping that does not match any South African dialling range, and the link gives only eight.
We have not guessed at the missing digits or invented a corrected version. The number above is reproduced exactly as Blue Connect publishes it.
Tapping the number on a phone will dial the link version, not the version you can see, which is why the call fails in a way that looks like your own mistake.
Use the email address
sales@blueconnect.co.za is the one contact detail on the site that is unambiguous, and it appears identically on every page, in the footer and on the contact page.
There is also a contact form on the Contact Us page asking for your name, email, a subject and a message. The form is fine for a general question, but for anything tied to money use the email address instead, so you keep a copy of what you sent in your own sent items. A web form leaves you with no record.
Put your order number in the subject line if you have one. The mailbox is a sales address rather than a ticketed support desk, so making the reference obvious helps.

Neither Blue Connect nor Blu Label Connect says on its website what a “BLC COL” debit order is, so we cannot say who collects it.
