Blu Credit Deals Contact Details

Verified 23 September 2026Official source onlyIndependent directoryReport a wrong number

The service is spelled Blu Credit Deals, without an “e”, and its numbers are 087 330 5357 for product and service queries and 011 523 3334 for corporate enquiries. The lookalike domain spelled “bluecreditdeals” is a parked domain for sale that now redirects to an unrelated 18+ gambling page. We checked both on 23 September 2026.

The two numbers are not interchangeable. The 087 line is the consumer line; the 011 number is for corporate enquiries and will not help with a personal query.

Mind the spelling

This matters more than a spelling quibble. The real site is blucreditdeals.co.za. The domain with the extra “e”, bluecreditdeals.co.za, is no longer a credit site at all: it now runs on parked-domain nameservers with a “for sale” script, and visitors are pushed through to an unrelated 18+ gaming and betting affiliate page.

So if you typed the name with an “e” and ended up somewhere that asks your age and offers games, you are not on the credit service’s site. Do not enter your ID number, banking details or contact details there.

Parked domains change what they point at from week to week, which is exactly why a lookalike address is worth avoiding rather than “checking quickly”.

What Blu Credit Deals actually is

It is a direct marketing campaign operated by Blue Label Data Solutions, not a lender. You sign up, give consent and complete a pre-approval, and then receive offers. The site states plainly that Blue Label Data Solutions does not offer credit; the offer comes from a credit provider, and the agreement you sign is with that provider.

  • Personal loans from R2,000 to R200,000.
  • Credit cards and purpose-based lending.
  • Cellphone contracts across the major networks, plus laptop and data deals.

The service is free to you because the credit or service provider pays it when you take up an offer. It says it has assisted over 30,000 consumers to obtain credit.

What it does with your information

  • It requires your South African ID number to pre-approve you, and says the information is securely stored and only shared to assess you for credit.
  • It states that being pre-approved does not affect your credit score, and that it monitors your credit profile with the consent you give.
  • It says it does not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.
  • It will contact you by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp and email, under the brand name Blu Approved, and says you get an opt-out on every channel.
  • It says data sent to the site is protected with 128-bit encryption.

If messages from “Blu Approved” arrive and you do not recognise the name, that is the brand this service uses, not necessarily an impostor. Use the opt-out if you no longer want them.

How to tell a parked lookalike from the real site

  • A parked domain usually has no real pages. There is no about page, no terms, no company name and no physical address, just a landing screen and adverts.
  • It often bounces you somewhere else within a second or two, frequently to betting, gaming or “you might like” content that has nothing to do with what you searched for.
  • It may show a “this domain is for sale” banner or a valuation form.
  • The real site names the company operating it. In this case the pages state that the campaign is operated by Blue Label Data Solutions and give the Sandton address above.
  • If in doubt, phone the published number and ask which web address is theirs, rather than trusting a link in a message.

Before you sign up

  • Check the address bar for blucreditdeals.co.za before typing an ID number.
  • Read who the eventual credit provider is before accepting an offer: the interest rate, fees and debit order are theirs, not Blu Credit Deals’.
  • Never pay an upfront fee to receive a loan payout. A legitimate credit provider deducts its charges from the advance.
  • Keep the agreement you sign; it, not the marketing message, sets what you owe.
