- Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00
- Sunday: 09:00 to 18:00
- Those extended hours are the practical reason to phone rather than email a meter fault

If your prepaid meter rejects a valid token, TID rollover is one of the first things to check. A meter that has not been recoded will refuse new tokens even though the purchase went through.
