Jebo Connect is a regional internet service provider. Two things make it awkward to contact: its own Contact link currently returns a page not found, and its support mailbox sits on a shorter domain than its website.

Official contact channels

Note the mailbox domain carefully. The website is jeboconnect.co.za but support is answered at [email protected], without the connect. A message sent to the longer domain may not arrive.

Note too that the Contact link in the site menu returns a page not found at the time of writing. The Support page is the working route and carries the number, the mailbox and the WhatsApp link, so go there rather than to Contact.

What this organisation provides

The company sells fixed wireless internet, marketed as Air-Wave, alongside home and business fibre. Its fibre is delivered over open access networks, and it names Frogfoot, Octotel and Openserve among them, which matters when a fault occurs because the line may belong to one of those network operators rather than to Jebo. There is also an Air Wave Farm Business product aimed at rural connections where fibre does not reach, and a coverage checker on the site.

Address and operating information

Support hours are wider than most regional providers offer: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 20:00, Saturdays 09:00 to 20:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 18:00. That is seven day cover with evening support on weekdays and Saturdays, so a fault reported after hours during the week can still be attended to the same day.

The 028 dialling code places the operation in the Overberg region of the Western Cape, which is consistent with a provider serving that area rather than a national footprint. Use the coverage checker before ordering, since availability is the first question on any regional network.

Support and escalation routes

Log a fault by email or WhatsApp so there is a ticket, and quote the service address rather than just your name. When the fault is on a fibre line, ask whether the problem sits with Jebo or with the open access network operator, because the repair timeline is set by whoever owns the infrastructure.

If a complaint is unresolved, telecommunications providers are regulated by ICASA, and Jebo Connect states in its own site footer that it is ICASA licensed and affiliated with the Film and Publication Board. ICASA is therefore the route for a service or licensing complaint. An ordinary billing or contract dispute can also go to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud on 0860 000 272, with the National Consumer Commission above it.
