Pastel Registration Contact Details
Pastel registration codes are issued through Sage’s online registration portal at portal.sage.co.za/accounting/registration/online/, and if the code fails you can call Sage on 086 123 7243 (086 123 SAGE). Pastel is now Sage Pastel, sold by Sage South Africa, part of The Sage Group plc.

Official Pastel registration route
Sage’s own Register your product link (registration.pastel.co.za) now redirects to the Sage Online Registration Portal. The portal issues updated registration codes for existing Sage Pastel software using your existing serial number.
What you need before contacting
- Your existing Sage Pastel serial number.
- Your company details, to add or confirm on the portal.
- For add-on modules, upgrades, company detail changes and statements: your Sage Portal customer number and password.
Registering means agreeing to the Software License Agreement terms.
Step-by-step contact process
- Open the online registration portal and enter your existing Sage Pastel serial number, then select Validate Serial.
- Add or confirm company details, add modules, then confirm to complete the registration.
- For upgrades or add-on modules, log in to the Sage Portal with your customer number and password.
- If the code fails, call 086 123 7243 (086 123 SAGE).
