Sasol Rewards Contact Details

Sasol Rewards is the loyalty programme for Sasol fuel customers, run on its own site at sasolrewards.co.za rather than through the main Sasol corporate channels. It has one support number, which is also its WhatsApp line, and one mailbox.

Note the digits carefully. Several third-party pages list this number as 0860 355 444, with the middle block transposed. The number Sasol publishes on its own Rewards contact page and on the main Sasol fuel query line is 0860 335 444.

Registering and using the card

• Register at sasolrewards.co.za, by scanning the QR code on the card, or by sending a WhatsApp message to 0860 335 444
• Points are earned on fuel and at participating Sasol convenience stores; the convenience store earn rate is published separately from the fuel one
• A shared account lets more than one person earn to the same balance, and it has its own terms document on the Sasol site
• The full terms and conditions are published as a PDF on sasol.com and on the Rewards site, and they set out expiry and forfeiture rules

If points are missing

Have the transaction ready before you call: the date, the site name, the litres or amount, and the card or account number. Points from a fill-up usually take a day or two to reflect, so an immediately missing balance is not necessarily an error. Where a card was not swiped at the pump, most loyalty programmes will not add points afterwards from a slip alone, so ask what evidence they accept before you throw the receipt away.

• For an unresolved consumer complaint, the National Consumer Commission handles complaints about loyalty programmes and suppliers

Sasol Rewards will never ask for your banking PIN or a one-time password to credit points.
