We do not publish direct telephone numbers or personal email addresses for named individuals. This page carries none, and it will not carry them if you ask.
A political party’s provincial structure is contacted through the party, not through an individual. Registered parties publish their own head office and provincial channels.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory. We have no relationship with any individual named in a search query, and we cannot pass a message to anyone.
What you probably need instead
As with any party, the useful distinction is between party matters and state matters. A party structure can raise a problem publicly; only the department or the municipality can fix it.
| What you are trying to do | Where it actually goes |
|---|---|
| Joining a party or a branch enquiry | The party’s own head office or its provincial office, in writing. |
| A service delivery problem in Limpopo | The relevant provincial department or the municipality, with a reference number. |
| Election and voters’ roll matters | The Electoral Commission of South Africa. |
| A complaint about party conduct during an election | The Electoral Commission, which administers the Electoral Code of Conduct. |
| Media enquiries | The party’s own communications office. |
Getting a provincial service problem moving
- Start with the office that delivers the service, and get a reference number.
- Escalate to the district and then the provincial head office, quoting that reference.
- Involve the ward councillor for a municipal matter, because a councillor has an internal escalation route that residents do not.
- Put it in writing once a call has failed, because a written query creates a dated record.
- Then the Public Protector, which investigates undue delay and maladministration free of charge.
Why this page carries no personal details
The rule is applied to everyone equally, whether the request comes from a member of the public, a journalist or the person themselves.
- A personal number published where it ranks in search becomes an impersonation tool. The number is what lends a fraudulent approach credibility, and the people harmed are the ones who trusted it.
- Someone named in a search query did not ask to be listed. A directory publishing an individual’s direct line hands strangers a channel that person never opened.
- Organisational routes are published here in full. Where an organisation publishes a contact route on its own official channels, we publish it, because that is a channel opened deliberately for the public.
- Numbers circulating on third-party sites are not republished. A number appearing elsewhere is not evidence that anyone consented to it being listed, and it is frequently wrong.
Verified routes that can act
These are institutional routes, verified against the organisations’ own published pages.

Which sphere delivers what in a province
Limpopo, like every province, splits service delivery across three spheres, and sending a complaint to the wrong one is the commonest reason it stalls.
- Municipalities deliver water, electricity reticulation, refuse, local roads and municipal billing.
- Provinces deliver schools, clinics and hospitals, social development services and provincial roads.
- National departments run Home Affairs, SARS, the police and social grants through SASSA.
- Traditional authorities have roles in land and customary matters, alongside rather than instead of the municipality.
- Eskom supplies electricity directly in many areas, and the account you receive tells you whether your supply is Eskom’s or the municipality’s.
Complaints and escalation
Raise it with the department first, keeping every reference number. If it stays unresolved, the Presidential Hotline on 17737 is the national government’s own complaints line, and the Public Protector investigates improper conduct and undue delay in state administration free of charge. The Public Protector will normally ask whether the department itself was given a chance to resolve the matter, which is why the reference numbers matter.

Frequently asked questions
How do I contact a Minister's or an MEC's office?
In writing, through the department, with the reference number for the underlying matter. Such an office deals with policy and formal representations rather than individual service delivery.
Will you publish a public official's personal number?
No. We do not publish any named individual’s direct line or personal email address.
Can the Public Protector overturn a decision?
It investigates improper conduct and maladministration and can recommend remedial action. It does not sit as an appeal against a lawful decision properly made.
Can ContactDetails.co.za pass on a message?
No. We are an independent directory with no relationship to any individual named in a search.
