Use the licensing numbers rather than the traffic numbers for a renewal or a test booking. They are different desks, and the traffic line deals with enforcement and fines.

Renew a licence well before it expires. Testing centre slots are the bottleneck in small Garden Route towns, and a licence that lapses cannot simply be renewed over the counter.
