Link Pharmacy Contact Details
Link Pharmacy is a group of independently owned pharmacies trading under one brand, not a chain with a central customer service desk. The group’s head office in Roodepoort supports the network, but it cannot answer for an individual store’s prescriptions, stock or service. Facility services
The group’s website presents Link as a “good health” pharmacy brand. It publishes promotions, a Link own-brand product range, health articles, a clinic section and FAQs. Which of those services a particular pharmacy offers, including clinic services, depends on that store, so confirm with it directly.
Because each Link store is separately owned, each also holds its own registration with the South African Pharmacy Council. You can confirm that a pharmacy is registered and active, and see its registered address and phone number, on the SAPC’s public register.

- Head office: 14 Tamar Avenue, Lea Glen, Roodepoort, for queries about the brand or the network rather than a store visit.
- Prescriptions and medicine: only the pharmacist at your store can deal with these.
Appointments and support
- Speak to the pharmacist or owner at the store. Link notes that its pharmacies are characterised by access to the owners.

- A complaint about professional conduct, dispensing or an unregistered pharmacy goes to the South African Pharmacy Council on 0861 7272 00.
