What Platinum Health provides
Platinum Health is not an open scheme, so the public cannot join. Membership is restricted to employees and their dependants at participating platinum and chrome mining employer groups. For 2026 it offers three benefit options: PlatComprehensive, PlatCap and PlatFreedom, with brochures and a 2026 Information Guide on its website.
Members who live within a 50 km radius of Platinum Health facilities and designated service providers are obliged to use those designated providers.
