Bradlows store account, lay-by and payments
- Store account: you must be 18 or older and provide a valid ID (ID card or book, driver’s licence, or a passport for instalment credit only), proof of regular income and your latest three months’ bank statements or consent to get them, complete a DebiCheck debit order and pass biometric or facial authentication. Approval is subject to credit life cover or product cover.

Bradlows’ site also carries a security notice from Pepkor Lifestyle: on 6 February 2026 it was alerted that some lay-by statements issued before 2023, showing a full name, sales order number and account balance, could be viewed through links from its SMS channel. It says access was removed, authentication was added and the Information Regulator was notified, and that it will never ask for your password or banking details through its communication channel.
