Bradlows runs three stores and a warehouse in Polokwane, each with its own telephone number. The warehouse is the one that matters for deliveries, and it is not a shop you browse.
Local channels
- Bradlows Polokwane: 015 295 9180, 70 Landros Mare Street
- Bradlows Grobler: 015 295 6561, corner Grobler and Market Street
- Bradlows PnP Polokwane: 015 297 3346, Market Street
- Bradlows Polokwane Warehouse: 015 298 9800, corner Veldspaat and Beril Street, 0700
- National customer service, toll free: 0800 119 933; WhatsApp 066 184 8300
Two of the three shops are on or off Market Street and the third is a few blocks away on Landros Mare Street, so quote the branch name rather than the street when you phone. Grobler and PnP are different stores despite both sitting on Market Street.
Address
- All three shops are in central Polokwane, Limpopo
- The warehouse is in an industrial area on the corner of Veldspaat and Beril Street, postal code 0700
- Bradlows also lists a Hartebeesfontein branch under Polokwane, on 010 133 1459, at Shop 18, Mamaila Mall, Greater Letaba
- Greater Letaba is a substantial drive from Polokwane despite the store finder grouping
- Trading hours are published per store through the Bradlows store finder
The Hartebeesfontein grouping is a quirk of the store finder rather than a guide to distance. Check the street address before travelling; Bradlows files several outlying Limpopo branches under the nearest large city.
Services at this location
- Furniture, appliances and homeware across the three retail stores
- Bulk stock holding and delivery dispatch from the warehouse
- Credit through a store account and lay-by purchases
- Payflex and other payment options
- Repairs logged through the national repair route
If a delivery is late, the warehouse is usually the place that knows where the item is, but the store you bought from remains the party to the sale. Phone the store first and ask it to check with the warehouse rather than negotiating with the warehouse directly.
Parent organisation
- Bradlows forms part of the Pepkor group
- Privacy and data matters: the Pepkor Information Officer on 0860 900 100 or [email protected]
- Store credit is regulated under the National Credit Act; the National Credit Regulator is on 0860 627 627
- A credit provider must complete an affordability assessment before granting a store account
- Defective goods carry a six-month statutory remedy under the Consumer Protection Act
- Unresolved retail complaints go to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud on 0860 000 272
Credit granted without a proper affordability assessment may be reckless credit, which a court can set aside or suspend. If you were signed up for an account with no questions asked about income and expenses, that is worth raising with the NCR.
