The footer lists only the toll-free contact number, 0800 110 775, and WhatsApp, 066 189 8115, and the copyright line identifies the business as Pepkor Trading (Pty) Ltd trading as Russells. Russells delivery: timing and fees
According to Russells’ Delivery Information page, an order is confirmed once payment is received and then arrives within 2 to 5 days, while special order products take 6 to 8 weeks. You get an SMS with the delivery details and can reschedule if the time does not suit you. Fees depend on the order: R99 for orders under R1,000; R295 for orders over R1,000, beds and small items; R495 for medium items; and R695 for large items. Paying for Russells furniture
