Makro publishes no direct telephone number for the Strubens Valley store, and its store finder lists the national number against the branch. Makro’s FAQ also prints that line as 086 060 0999; it is the same number written differently, not a second line.
What this organisation provides
Makro sells groceries, liquor and general merchandise to households and businesses, both in its stores and on makro.co.za. For business buyers, Makro accepts trade accounts, buy-aid societies such as Iemas, Cape Consumers, Pretorium Trust, Samba and Koopkrag, and B2B cashless payments through Shop2Shop and Kazang, with B2B financing through Retail Capital. It runs a separate Makro Business site and lets third-party sellers list products on its website.
Online orders delivered from Makro are free above R650, with a R70 fee below that amount, and usually take 2 to 7 working days. Because marketplace sellers ship their own products, one order can arrive in several parcels. Makro’s credit products, Makro Credit, Makro Finance and Makro Cash Loans, are provided by RCS, not by the store.

Both outlets share the Hendrik Potgieter Road address in Roodepoort. The liquor store closes half an hour before the main store on weekdays, and starts an hour later on Saturday. The store finder lists Christmas Day and New Year’s Day as closed days, and the FAQ adds Good Friday.

Support and escalation routes
Makro’s FAQ sets out the returns rules. Damaged or unsuitable online purchases can be returned within 14 days, unused and in the original packaging, by logging the return under My Orders; refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect. Items that are also stocked in Makro stores can be taken to a store for assessment, while products sold only online by third-party sellers must be returned online and are refunded, not repaired or replaced.
