The Mbombela listing in the store finder shows exactly the same phone number, WhatsApp line and mailbox as every other Makro, so when you call, name the Riverside store so the agent knows which branch you mean. Makro’s contact centre answers Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 17:00, and Sunday and public holidays 09:00 to 16:00, which is shorter than the store’s own trading day on weekday evenings.
Location and operating information
Makro does not use the name Nelspruit for the main store. It lists it as Makro Mbombela, while the liquor outlet at the same address is listed as Makro Liquor Mbombela Nelspruit. Search the store finder for Mbombela if a Nelspruit search returns nothing.
