What you need before contacting
Have your 10-digit Miladys account number or your ID number ready; the contact form asks for one of them. If you want to open an account, Miladys says you must:
- be over 18 and hold a valid ID or passport
- be employed or earning an income
- be contactable by cellphone
- have a postal or residential address
The Mr Price Credit Balance Protection Plan is mandatory, unless you have an equivalent credit life policy. The premium is R3.50 per R1,000 of outstanding balance per month.
New accounts choose a 6-month or 12-month interest-bearing facility that can be used at Mr Price, Mr Price Home, Mr Price Sport, Mr Price Cellular, Sheet Street and Miladys. A 6-month account can be changed to 12 months. Online, the Miladys account card works only on miladys.com; purchases at other brands show as line items on the statement from the store where the account was opened.
