Miladys customer care is on 0800 212 535 and help@miladys.com, the two channels printed under “Miladys Head Office” on the miladys.com contact page. Miladys does not publish a WhatsApp chat number: the WhatsApp link in its site footer opens a WhatsApp Channel, which is a broadcast feed, not a helpline. We read miladys.com and mrpricegroup.com on 16 September 2026.

Older answers in the Miladys FAQ still give 0861 066 639 as the customer care number. Mr Price Group lists that number against Mr Price Money, its credit business, so it is better suited to store account questions than to online orders.
What this organisation provides
Miladys is a womenswear chain in the Mr Price Group, selling clothing in sizes 32 to 50, sleepwear, underwear, shoes and accessories. Its range includes house labels and brands such as Bata, Footwork, Jockey, Pierre Cardin, Playtex, Tomy and Wonderfit.
Online orders can be delivered door to door in 4 to 7 working days for R45, or sent to a Miladys store for click and collect in 5 to 7 working days for R10. Orders over R1 000 ship free, and Miladys delivers only within South Africa. To cancel, call 0800 212 535 or email help@miladys.com with your order number, and the refund goes back to the original payment method. Returns to a Miladys store are free.
Lay-by is available in store only, not online. It needs a 10% deposit, runs for three months, carries no interest and involves no credit check. The Miladys site promotes “One card 6 brands”, and the Sheet Street FAQ says the Mr Price Money card can be used at Mr Price, Mr Price Home, Mr Price Sport, Sheet Street and Miladys stores.

The Miladys contact page gives its head office as 30 Station Drive, Durban 4001. For group-level matters, the Mr Price Group contact page uses a different street address, Upper Level, Durban Station Complex, 65 Masabalala Yengwa Avenue, Stamford Hill, and the switchboard +27 31 310 8000.
People searching for Miladys Northgate should note that the Miladys store locator, which lists about 250 stores, did not include a Northgate branch on 16 September 2026. Stores it lists in the northern Johannesburg area:
