The details above were read from the TFG Limited contact page on 31 August 2026 and rechecked, together with the RCS and Nimble pages, on 26 September 2026. Old Edcon-era Jet numbers no longer work. Jet Mall, Edgars-linked account lines and jetonline contact details predate the TFG acquisition and still circulate on directories, so use the TFG routes shown above.

RCS Jet account contact number

The Jet RCS contact number is 0861 729 727 for RCS customer service. Card enquiries go to rcscards@rcsgroup.co.za. The RCS Jet Account still works at Jet, Edgars and TFG stores, and the full account routes are listed on the Jet account contact details page.

RCS has told Jet Account customers that their account is now an RCS Jet Account, with a new card and account number shown on the monthly statement. If you held an account with Jet before the TFG acquisition, confirm which entity holds the balance before paying anything because this is the single most common Jet account problem.

Jet account balance check

For a Jet account balance check, dial *120*727*card number*# using your 19-digit card number. The page’s RCS information states that the enquiry costs 20c.

You can also use the RCS App for account information. This balance route applies to the RCS Jet Account rather than an old Edcon-era account.

My Jet account statement

RCS emails Jet account statements monthly. If the email fails, RCS sends the statement by SMS. You can also download the latest statement through the RCS App or Self Service at rcs.co.za.

The monthly statement is also where RCS says the new RCS Jet Account card and account number are shown.

Jet account payment and settlement

For the TFG account payment route published on the page, use payment@foschini.co.za. For RCS Jet Account questions, contact RCS on 0861 729 727 rather than the general Jet customer service line.

To close an RCS Jet Account, call 0861 729 727. RCS sends a settlement letter whose amount is valid for 5 days.

Jet account card activation and PIN

RCS’s customer letter gave 0860 111 881 for activation of the new card. To set a PIN, it gave *120*5102*card number#.

Jet funeral policy and insurance contact details

Neither TFG nor RCS publishes a separate Jet funeral policy line. RCS offers a Funeral Plan alongside Card Protection, Personal Accident, Comprehensive Protection and Critical Illness plans, and insurance enquiries go to policies@rcsgroup.co.za.

Paid-up letter from Nimble Group

Nimble’s site does not name Jet or Edcon. It addresses people who have received an email, SMS or call from Nimble about settling a debt.

Jet Club contact number

TFG does not publish a Jet Club line, and the jetclub.co.za address did not load when checked. Use TFG customer services on 0860 834 834.

Jet head office contact details

Jet’s head office is TFG’s head office at Stanley Lewis Centre, 340 Voortrekker Road, Parow East, 7500, Cape Town. The switchboard number is +27 21 938 1911.

Jet’s administration moved to Cape Town with the acquisition. Correspondence sent to former Edcon addresses in Johannesburg will not reach the business.

Jet support through TFG customer services is available Monday to Saturday 08:30 to 21:00 and Sundays 09:00 to 19:00.

Jet purchases and lay-by support

Jet sells value-priced clothing, footwear and homeware for the whole family through stores across South Africa. It is positioned in TFG’s value segment rather than its fashion brands.

Lay-by is a store-level arrangement. The branch holds the goods and the payment record, so a lay-by balance, extension or cancellation is dealt with at the store where it was opened. The national line cannot see it. Keep every lay-by receipt.

Lay-by is regulated under the Consumer Protection Act. If you cancel, the retailer may deduct a reasonable charge, but the balance of what you paid must be refunded. That is a legal right, not a store concession.
