For Edgars Account queries, call RCS on 0860 111 826 or email edgarsenquiries@rcsgroup.co.za. The Edgars Account is Edgars’ store credit card, and Edgars sends all credit queries, including balances, payments, instalments, letters and statements, to RCS, a registered credit provider and authorised financial services provider (NCRCP 38, FSP 44481).
The Edgars Account is not the same as Edgars Club, the loyalty and benefits programme. Edgars Club account queries have their own line, listed below. For Edgars store and online shopping queries, see the main Edgars contact details page.

Official Edgars Account route
Edgars’ contact page says all credit related queries on the Edgars Account go to RCS: call 0860 111 826 or email edgarsenquiries@rcsgroup.co.za. The RCS line is open Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 18h00, Saturday from 09h00 to 18h00 and Sunday from 09h00 to 17h00.
To manage the account yourself, sign in or register on the Edgars Account Self Service site run by RCS, at ss.rcs.co.za/partner/edgars/self-service/. There you can check your available credit, pay your account, view transactions, download statements and update your details.
Edgars Account support
You can pay your Edgars Account in these ways:
- Debit order: activate it by emailing edgarsenquiries@rcsgroup.co.za with proof of your bank details.
- In store with your card.
- ATM, EasyPay or EFT: use your 19-digit Edgars account number as the reference. The number is in the top right-hand corner of your monthly statement.
You can also buy airtime, data or electricity on the account by dialling *120*20080#.
Edgars lists these account benefits: 3 or 6 months interest-free plans; revolving, 24-month or 36-month repayment plans; use at Pick n Pay, Checkers, Game, Shoprite, Makro and Builders; up to 3 additional cards; and free SMS notifications.
Eligibility and account requirements
Account Protection is required before you can apply. You either take it through Hollard or cede existing insurance, and then complete the Edgars Account application form.
- Arrange Account Protection, through Hollard or by ceding your own cover.
- Complete the Edgars Account application form from the Apply Now link on the Edgars Account page.
- Once approved, sign in or register on the RCS self-service site to manage the account.

Escalation route
Edgars does not publish a separate escalation line for the Edgars Account. Put your query in writing to edgarsenquiries@rcsgroup.co.za, quote your 19-digit account number, and keep the reply. If your query is about Edgars Club rather than the credit account, call 031 010 0005 or email edgars.customercare@retailability.co.za. Edgars Club’s general loyalty and benefits line is 086 198 8899.
