Edgars customer care toll-free number
Edgars’ Contact Us page does not list a toll-free (0800) number. Its customer service line, +27 31 010 0005, is a Durban (031) landline charged at normal rates, and the RCS account line, 0860 111 826, is a shared-cost 0860 number. If you want to avoid call costs, email the relevant address above instead. Edgars does not publish a head office telephone number on its contact page either; general queries go to Retailability customer service on +27 31 010 0005.
Edgars account contact number
Edgars accounts are managed by RCS, a registered credit provider (NCRCP 38) and authorised financial services provider (FSP 44481). For all credit queries, including balances, payments, instalments, letters and statements, call 0860 111 826 or email edgarsenquiries@rcsgroup.co.za. The account line has the longest hours of any Edgars channel, open on Sundays until 17:00. You can also manage the account yourself through Edgars Account self-service: check your available credit, pay, view transaction history, download statements and update your details. Your 19-digit Edgars account number is in the top right-hand corner of your monthly statement.
Paying your Edgars account
Edgars lists these ways to pay: debit order (email edgarsenquiries@rcsgroup.co.za with proof of your bank details to set it up), in store with your Edgars card, at an ATM, through EasyPay, or by EFT. For South African EFT payments, Edgars gives these details:

Edgars says payments are allocated automatically and you should only send proof of payment if asked. Separate branch codes apply for Eswatini and Lesotho (251405), and Namibia uses a different account (55500071431, branch 280172).
