Edgars account contact number and credit account
The Edgars account contact number is 0860 111 826, and the account email address is edgarsenquiries@rcsgroup.co.za. Edgars accounts are managed by RCS, a registered credit provider (NCRCP 38) and authorised financial services provider (FSP 44481). Use this route for credit queries including balances, payments, instalments, letters and statements.

Edgars self service and account balance check
Edgars Account self-service can be used to check your available credit, pay, view transaction history, download statements and update your details. For an Edgars account balance enquiry, use Edgars Account self-service or call RCS on 0860 111 826.
To close an Edgars account or request a paid-up letter, contact RCS on 0860 111 826 or edgarsenquiries@rcsgroup.co.za because RCS handles the account letters and statements. Account holders can also buy airtime, data or electricity by dialling *120*20080#. This USSD string is stated for those purchases, not as an account balance USSD service.
Edgars account payments
Edgars lists debit order, payment in store with your Edgars card, ATM payment, EasyPay and EFT as account payment methods. To set up a debit order, email edgarsenquiries@rcsgroup.co.za with proof of your bank details.
For EFT payments, use the banking details on Edgars’ official “Paying your Edgars Account” page on edgars.co.za and use your 19-digit Edgars account number as the reference. Do not use banking details sent to you by anyone else. Edgars says payments are allocated automatically and you should only send proof of payment if asked. Payers in Eswatini, Lesotho and Namibia should use the separate details for their country on the same official page.
Edgars and PayJoy
Edgars cellphone listings offer PayJoy in-store payment plans over 3, 6 or 9 months. You pre-qualify through the PayJoy link on the Edgars product page at go.payjoy.com/Edgars1. Edgars publishes no PayJoy phone line, and PayJoy plans are separate from the RCS-run Edgars Account.
