Herotel Contact Details
The Herotel contact number is 087 656 7100, which Herotel calls its Help Centre for speaking to an agent. It also runs WhatsApp chat on 060 069 7999. Business customers have separate numbers through Herotel Business, and Herotel lists more than 80 local branches with their own regional lines. Herotel does not publish hours for the Help Centre or for WhatsApp, and none of the pages we read describes WhatsApp as a 24-hour service. Herotel’s FAQ page shows “Call sales: +27 12 121 1234”, which looks like a placeholder, while its other pages show 087 656 7100 for sales. Use 087 656 7100. On the branch list the email is shown as sales@herotel.com, but the link behind it opens sales@wes.herotel.com.
What this organisation provides
Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd is an internet service provider with branches listed in all nine provinces. It holds ECNS and ECS licences from ICASA. For home customers it sells HeroFibre, HeroWireless (fixed wireless for places without fibre), HeroPrepaid fibre, HeroVoice home VoIP calling and the evry brand. Its contact page says local teams can help with new installations and coverage checks, package upgrades and changes, billing and account support, and business connectivity. Herotel Business sells business fibre, fixed wireless, fixed LTE and 5G, heroWAN SD-WAN, managed Wi-Fi, dark fibre and co-location. It also sells Cloud Call, a hosted voice service that sends business calls over fibre or LTE data. Cloud Call and business support queries go to the Herotel Business office numbers above or to the “Talk to an expert” form on herotelbusiness.com.
Address and operating information
Herotel does not call any office its head office. Its Master Service Terms give 98 Dorp Street, Stellenbosch, 7600 as the address for legal notices, and that is also the address of the Herotel Stellenbosch branch (021 300 0142). These branches are among the most searched, as listed on herotel.com:

Many branches share a regional number. 018 285 1000, for example, also serves Orkney, Khuma, Kanana and Kgotsong. Some entries look wrong: the Kroonstad branch and the Ikageng container in Potchefstroom both show 015 297 3816, a Limpopo line. If a regional line cannot help, use 087 656 7100. For any other town, use “Find a branch” on the Herotel contact page and choose your province. There is no WhatsApp line for a single branch: the WhatsApp number is the same national 060 069 7999 everywhere.
