The On Air DStv (OnAir) customer service number is 0861 333 535, its WhatsApp line is 061 555 5900 and its customer service email is support@onairtv.co.za. OnAir is a South African reseller of DStv decoders and streaming devices, smart TVs, Mediabox devices and Fixed LTE routers, sold on fixed-term hire-to-own debit-order deals.
OnAir is not MultiChoice or DStv. Its own FAQ says you still need a MultiChoice subscription to watch DStv, so questions about your DStv package or channels go to DStv, not OnAir. Also note that onair.co.za is an unrelated website; OnAir’s site is onairtv.co.za.

What OnAir provides
OnAir sells devices on fixed-term payments by debit order. Once the contract ends, the payments stop and the device is yours. It is an accredited reseller of DStv decoders and streaming devices, but it does not supply the DStv subscription itself, which comes from MultiChoice.
Some OnAir packages include extra month-to-month benefits that can continue after the term ends and can be cancelled at any time. Deliveries are tracked by SMS with a courier tracking number, and you need your ID to receive a delivery.

OnAir’s terms define the business as Comit Technologies (Proprietary) Limited trading as OnAir. Its PAIA manual names Ignition Telecoms Investments Proprietary Limited, part of the Ignition Group, with a group address at Quadrant 4, Centenary Building, 30 Meridian Drive, New Town Centre, Umhlanga, Durban. The postal address is P.O. Box 1611, Country Club, 4301.
The customer service, accounts and Fixed LTE desks work weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays from 08:30 to 13:00.
Support and escalation routes
To settle your OnAir contract early, email a request to settlement@onairtv.co.za. OnAir says the settlement letter should arrive within 24 hours. For debit-order and payment questions, use billing@onairtv.co.za, and for router or connectivity questions on a Fixed LTE deal, use flte@onairtv.co.za.
