Vox Customer Zone
The Vox Customer Zone is Vox’s self-service portal for existing customers, reached through the “Customer Zone” link on vox.co.za or directly at customer.vox.co.za/login. Vox says the Customer Zone lets you manage your account, access invoices and statements, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your services, track your orders and deliveries, and see its latest promotions. For how-to guides and troubleshooting, use the Vox Help Centre at help.vox.co.za, and check Vox’s Network Outages page for region-wide network information before you report a fault.
Logging a support ticket or asking for a call back
Vox’s contact page has a form where you choose the nature of your enquiry: Sales, Accounts and Billing, Support, or Moving House. Vox uses the same page for “Log a support ticket” and “Call me back” requests. If you prefer to speak to someone, call the support teams on 087 805 0500 during office hours, or send a WhatsApp to 060 079 5061. Have your Vox account number and the address of the service ready.
Vox complaints and escalations

Vox fibre and your line
Vox describes itself as offering internet and voice solutions for home and office, including fibre to the home. If Vox is your internet service provider, contact Vox for billing, package, support and moving-house queries, using the enquiry types on its contact form.
