Vox Telecom technical support and after-hours support
For Vox technical support, consumer customers call 087 805 0500 or email help@voxtelecom.co.za. Vox asks customers to log support and billing issues as a ticket in the Customer Zone, and to check its Network Outages page before reporting a fault.
Vox does not offer 24/7 support and does not publish a separate after-hours number. Its FAQ gives support hours of 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, and 08:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays and non-religious public holidays. Outside those hours, log a ticket in the Customer Zone or email help@voxtelecom.co.za so the query is waiting when the team is back.
Vox Customer Zone
The Vox Customer Zone is Vox’s self-service portal for existing customers, reached through the “Customer Zone” link on vox.co.za or directly at customer.vox.co.za/login. Vox says the Customer Zone lets you manage your account, access invoices and statements, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your services, track your orders and deliveries, and see its latest promotions. For how-to guides and troubleshooting, use the Vox Help Centre at help.vox.co.za, and check Vox’s Network Outages page for region-wide network information before you report a fault.
Logging a support ticket or asking for a call back
Vox’s contact page has a form where you choose the nature of your enquiry: Sales, Accounts and Billing, Support, or Moving House. Vox uses the same page for “Log a support ticket” and “Call me back” requests. If you prefer to speak to someone, call the support teams on 087 805 0500 during office hours, or send a WhatsApp to 060 079 5061. Have your Vox account number and the address of the service ready.
How to cancel Vox: the Vox cancellation email
You can cancel Vox services in the Customer Zone or by emailing cancellations@voxtelecom.co.za. Vox only accepts cancellations in writing from the authorised contact person on the account, and it needs one full calendar month’s notice (notice given on the 1st of the month is not enough). Cancelling fibre within 12 months of activation, or while the account is in arrears, attracts a cancellation fee that depends on the fibre provider, and any installation or setup fees that were waived are billed back. After you cancel, Vox’s logistics team arranges to collect the complimentary router.
Vox complaints and escalations
If your problem is not resolved through support, Vox’s Help Centre lists talk2us@voxtelecom.co.za for compliments and escalations, and Vox’s support page lists the same address for Customer Experience (complaints). To follow up on an open query, consumers can email feedback@voxtelecom.co.za and business customers speak2vox@voxtelecom.co.za.
