PRASA does not publish a general HR phone line: job applications go by email to its Human Capital Management recruitment mailbox, HCMcorp.Recruit@prasa.com, and other HR enquiries go through head office reception on 012 748 7000. The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) is the state-owned passenger rail agency behind Metrorail, Autopax (City to City and Translux) and Main Line Passenger Services.

Official PRASA HR route
PRASA’s current job adverts all name one application address: HCMcorp.Recruit@prasa.com. Vacancies are posted on the Careers and Jobs pages at prasa.com/careers. Each advert gives the salary group, the location and the closing date, and applications must quote the advert’s reference number (for example R&S//GP_2/SPGC/002).
For HR enquiries that are not job applications, PRASA publishes no dedicated HR line. Call head office reception on 012 748 7000 and ask to be put through, or email info@prasa.com.
The Careers section also covers academic partnerships, internships, learnerships and a full-time bursary for people aged 18 to 35 studying engineering and related fields.
