Bash is the online shopping platform of The Foschini Group (TFG), selling across the group’s retail brands from a single storefront and a single basket. The contact details below were read from the TFG Limited contact page and the Bash site on 31 August 2026.
Official contact channels
- Customer services: 0860 834 834
- From outside South Africa: +27 21 938 7096
- Email: [email protected]
- Account enquiries: 0860 037 755, or +27 21 938 7560 from abroad
- Self-service on bash.com: track your order, log a return, pay your TFG Money account, find your nearest store
Bash does not publish a phone number of its own. It is a TFG channel rather than a separate company, so the group customer services line is the number – which is why the brand sites that redirect into Bash also stop showing their own numbers.
What this organisation provides
Bash carries women’s, men’s and kids’ clothing, sportswear, homeware, beauty, jewellery and technology, including cellphones, laptops, gaming and audio, alongside gift cards and a World of Sneakers section.
One order can contain items from several TFG brands. That is the point of the platform, and it is also why parts of an order can arrive separately. Before reporting a missing item, check whether the order was split – the tracking view shows this.
Returns are logged online through the Log a Return tool rather than by phoning, and TFG stores can be used as collection and return points. Have the order number to hand; it is the reference everything is traced against.
Address and operating information
Call centre hours: Monday to Saturday 08:30 to 21:00, Sundays 09:00 to 19:00.
Head office: Stanley Lewis Centre, 340 Voortrekker Road, Parow East, 7500, Cape Town. Postal: PO Box 6020, Parow East, 7501. Switchboard +27 21 938 1911.
The call centre is open seven days a week and until 21:00 on weekdays, which is wider than most retail support in South Africa – worth knowing before resorting to an unofficial number found elsewhere.
Support and escalation routes
Use the online tracking and returns tools first, then 0860 834 834 or [email protected] with the order number. Keep the reference number you are given.
Distinguish a delivery problem from an account problem. A late parcel is customer services; an instalment, statement or arrears question is the account line, and the two teams cannot resolve each other’s cases.
Online purchases carry a cooling-off right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act in addition to the return policy, and defective goods are covered by the Consumer Protection Act. An unresolved complaint goes to the National Consumer Commission.
