What this organisation provides
Markham sells men’s clothing, footwear and accessories, spanning casual ranges and formalwear, through stores nationwide and online through Bash.
Formalwear is where the store beats the call centre. Suit fittings, sizing and alterations are handled in branch, and a national line cannot check whether a particular size is on a rail. Phone the branch for anything you need to try on.
The Markham store account is a TFG account, usable across the group’s other brands. This is the most common source of confusion in a Markham query – the account is not brand-specific even though the card carries the brand.
Address and operating information
Support hours: Monday to Saturday 08:30 to 21:00, Sundays 09:00 to 19:00.
TFG head office: Stanley Lewis Centre, 340 Voortrekker Road, Parow East, 7500, Cape Town. Postal: PO Box 6020, Parow East, 7501.
Branch hours are set by the shopping centre and are not the support hours above. Use the store finder rather than assuming a branch is open when the call centre is.
Support and escalation routes
Start at the branch for an in-store purchase, with the till slip. Exchanges and returns are assessed against proof of purchase, and a garment fault differs from a change of mind – the first is a right, the second is store policy.
Escalate to 0860 834 834 or customerservices@tfg.co.za with the store name, date and slip number. Send account matters to the account line instead; customer service agents cannot see the credit book.
Unresolved goods complaints go to the National Consumer Commission; account and credit disputes go to the National Credit Regulator or the Credit Ombud.
