Foschini account number and balance
Search terms like “Foschini account number” usually mean one of two things: a number to call about your store account, or your own account number and balance. For the first, TFG Money handles account applications and status updates, payment arrangements and debit orders, lost or stolen cards, and general questions about TFG’s financial products. Its self-service WhatsApp line is 0860 834 834.
For your own balance, TFG’s help article gives four options. In the Bash app, add your TFG Money card to your Bash Wallet and tap the card. On bash.com, once the card is in your Wallet, go to Profile, then TFG Money account. You can also ask on WhatsApp at 0860 834 834, or in store. TFG also sends a link to your statement every month by email or SMS, showing your balance, payment due and transaction history.
How to pay your Foschini account online (banking details)
Pay your TFG Money account online by card or Instant EFT at bash.com/paynow. For a normal EFT, use the banking details published in TFG’s help article “How do I pay my TFG Money account via EFT?” on help.bash.com, with your 19-digit TFG Money account or card number as the reference. Payments must reflect by the 1st of each month. You can also set up a debit order at mandate.qlink.co.za/tfgdebitorder, or pay cash or by card in any Foschini store. Foschini head office in Cape Town
Foschini is a brand of TFG (The Foschini Group). TFG’s head office is the Stanley Lewis Centre, 340 Voortrekker Road, Parow East, 7500, Cape Town, switchboard 021 938 1911. The postal address is PO Box 6020, Parow East, 7501, Cape Town. Searches for “Foschini Lewis” refer to this building, the Stanley Lewis Centre, not to the Lewis furniture group.
TFG does not list a Gauteng head office; Parow East in Cape Town is the only head office it publishes. For account and customer queries, TFG’s corporate page points to customer services on 0860 834 834 and customerservices@tfg.co.za rather than the switchboard.
Foschini stores
TFG’s store finder lists 273 active stores whose names start with Foschini, including Foschini-run MAC counters. The most are in Gauteng (61), followed by the Western Cape (40), KwaZulu-Natal (33), the Eastern Cape (27), Mpumalanga (23), the Free State (19), Limpopo (18), North West (17) and the Northern Cape (12). Foschini The Glen is a store in The Glen Shopping Centre, not a head office. TFG’s store finder lists no Foschini store in Ga-Rankuwa or in Maun, Botswana. The Botswana stores are in Gaborone (Game City, on +267 391 0877, and Airport Junction) and Francistown (Galo Centre). Foschini opening hours
Trading hours are set per store. In TFG’s store finder, 71 Foschini stores, including Canal Walk, N1 City, Parow Centre and Wonderboom, open Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00. Another 27 stores open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday 09:00 to 17:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 15:00. Some small-town stores close at 13:00 on Saturday, and many listings show no hours, so check your store’s listing or phone it before you go.
Foschini customer service for online orders
Foschini’s online store runs on bash.com. For order, delivery and return questions, open the “Help” widget at the bottom right of bash.com or the Bash app, or email support@bash.com. Bash does not list a phone number for online orders. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery or collection, unused and with tags; items bought from a store can go back to any store of the same brand. Bash will also collect a courier return free within 3 to 5 working days. Refunds go back the way you paid, less any delivery fee.
Foschini refunds
A return in store gives an immediate refund or exchange. For other refunds, the money goes back to the original payment method: up to 3 business days for TFG Money, and up to 7 business days after processing for card, EFT, RCS, MoreTyme or Payflex.

Foschini’s official website is now its store on TFG’s Bash platform, bash.com/foschini. Typing www.foschini.co.za redirects there.
Foschini complaints email address
TFG does not publish a Foschini-specific complaints email address. Complain in the store first, where staff escalate to the Area Manager. For online orders, email support@bash.com, where complaints are escalated to a Bash Customer Support Manager. For account matters, email customerservices@tfg.co.za. TFG’s complaints process says head office aims to resolve complaints within 15 business days.
Tracking a Foschini order
Bash’s order-tracking article says you can follow deliveries in your Bash profile. You get an SMS when the order goes to the courier and another when it is on the way. Items may come from different stores or warehouses in separate parcels. Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 working days to urban areas and up to 7 working days to regional areas, and can be longer over holidays and peak seasons.
