South African Breweries does not publish a contact for a promotion agency. Brand activations and promoter staffing are handled by third-party agencies appointed by SAB, so there is no single promotions number, and the routes below are what SAB itself publishes.
Task scope
This covers reaching SAB about a consumer promotion or competition, asking about promoter and brand ambassador work, and checking whether someone claiming to recruit promoters for SAB is genuine. It does not cover trade or distribution accounts.

Requirements
Queries about a specific competition, prize or on-pack promotion belong with the consumer care line, because the terms of a promotion are administered by whichever agency runs it and consumer care can route you. Promoter and brand ambassador roles are advertised through the SAB careers portal or by the appointed agency, not by the switchboard. Be aware that promoter recruitment is a common target for advance-fee fraud: a genuine promoter role does not require you to pay for training, uniforms or registration.
Steps
Start with the consumer care line on 0860 12 14 14 for anything to do with a promotion or a prize, and have the promotional code, till slip or pack details with you. For corporate matters use the Sandton switchboard. For work, apply through sab.co.za/careers rather than through an individual offering placement. SAB is part of AB InBev, and its registered sites are The South African Breweries at 65 Park Lane, Sandton, and the AB InBev Africa Zone headquarters at 56 Grosvenor Road, Bryanston.
Escalation
If a promotion is not honoured, escalate through consumer care and keep the reference number, then to the National Consumer Commission, since promotional competitions are regulated under the Consumer Protection Act. If someone is fraudulently recruiting promoters or soliciting payment in SAB name, report it on the whistleblowers line 0800 645 546 and to the South African Police Service. Money already paid to a fake recruiter is a criminal matter for the SAPS rather than a consumer complaint.
