There is no single Mpact Epping. Three separate Mpact businesses operate on Bofors Circle in Epping, each with its own number, and they do completely different things. Picking the wrong one is the whole difficulty with this address.

A number to be careful with

Mpact publishes two different numbers for the recycling depot at Epping. The Mpact Recycling branch list gives 021 534 5346, while the Mpact Group contact page gives 021 534 1329 for the same address
Both come from Mpact own websites, so both are first-party. Try the branch-list number first, since that page is maintained by the recycling division itself

Taking recycling to a depot

Mpact Recycling buys and collects paper and paper packaging: cardboard, office paper, newspaper, magazines and beverage cartons
Phone the depot before loading a large volume. Buy-back rates and accepted grades change, and depots have their own receiving hours
Separate and keep material dry. Wet or contaminated paper is downgraded or refused at the weighbridge
For a schools or community collection drive, use the recycling enquiries mailbox rather than the depot line
