The Ford dealer in Rustenburg trades as Leons Rustenburg Ford. Its contact page is unusually generous – it names twenty-four staff across seven departments, with a mailbox for each – and unusually thin at the same time, because every one of those entries carries the same single telephone number. There is no parts line, no service line and no departmental mailbox. Read on 6 September 2026.
Leons Rustenburg Ford
- Telephone: 014 940 0137
- WhatsApp: the same number, offered as a button on the dealership contact page
- Address: Korokoro Street, Waterfall East, Rustenburg
- Sales hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:30, Saturday and public holidays 08:30 to 13:00, Sunday closed
- Service hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:30, Saturday 08:30 to 12:00, public holidays 08:30 to 13:00, Sunday closed
Note the Saturday split. Sales runs an hour later than service, so a Saturday morning booked in at 12:15 will find the workshop closed and the showroom open.
Getting past the switchboard
Because 014 940 0137 is the only published route, the department has to be named at the point of answering. The seven the dealership lists are new vehicle sales, pre-owned sales, parts, service, finance and insurance, reception, and the dealer principal. Asking for a department gets further than asking for a person, and it survives staff turnover; the staff list on the site is a snapshot, not a directory that is guaranteed current.
Why the mailboxes are not repeated here
Every published address is a named individual at supergrp.com – the domain of Supergroup Dealerships Trading (Pty) Ltd, which operates the dealership. Four of the entries also carry a personal cellphone number. Those belong to the people, not to the business, and this directory does not republish an individual’s personal mailbox or mobile. If you need a specific person, ask reception on the main number to put you through, or use the enquiry form on the dealership’s own contact page, which reaches the branch without exposing anyone’s private line.
Reading the staff list as a map
The published list is more useful as a shape than as a set of names. It shows seven new-vehicle sales executives and a sales manager, five people in pre-owned, three in parts, three service advisors, two business managers on finance and insurance, a receptionist and the dealer principal. That tells you where the depth is: a parts question is going to one of three people and will wait if all three are on the counter, while a new-vehicle enquiry has eight places to land. Ask for the department, and if the first person cannot help, ask for the manager of that department by title.
