The FIX has no brand-specific phone line: online support runs through Bash, TFG’s shared online store, by email at support@bash.com or by live chat in the Help widget. The FIX is a fashion, footwear and beauty brand of TFG (The Foschini Group), and its old website, thefix.co.za, now redirects to The FIX storefront on bash.com.
