The fees line is open Monday to Friday 07:00 to 18:00, and weekends and public holidays 08:00 to 18:00. The WhatsApp chatbot handles device problems on AutoLink, AutoLane, AutoSwitch and PocketBiz terminals, so a terminal that will not connect or print goes there rather than to the general line. • Merchant Online is free and lets you view daily transactions and batches, download statements, order till slip rolls, apply for extra devices, send queries and reach the PCI DSS compliance portal.
  • Merchant Console has its own support query form for its users.
  • SimplyBlu is Standard Bank’s app-based card acceptance, free to download, with support by email at simplyblu@standardbank.co.za around the clock.
  • Cashback at the point of sale is available to merchants.

Merchant device prices and fee rules for 2026

Standard Bank’s 2026 pricing, effective 1 January 2026, says that commission fees are negotiable and depend on the business’s profile, and that standalone devices include communication, so no separate agreement with a data provider is needed. The administration and installation fee is no longer charged for new sign-ups. Devices bought outright cost R1 999 excluding VAT for the SimplyBLU Pro and R1 299 excluding VAT for the SimplyBLU Pocket, and the brochure lists a monthly minimum merchant fee of R399 excluding VAT on its terminal options.

If a merchant query is not resolved

Log the issue with Merchant Solutions on 0860 109 075 and keep the reference. If it is not resolved, contact Standard Bank’s complaints team on 0860 101 101 or complaint.resolutioncentre@standardbank.co.za. If the bank’s final response does not settle it, the pricing brochure names the National Financial Ombud Scheme: 0860 800 900 or info@nfosa.co.za.

ContactDetails.co.za is independent and cannot access merchant profiles. For Standard Bank’s other lines, see the Standard Bank contact details page.
